An intuitive landing page with the goal of service subscription for Nunchuk

Introduction Nunchuk was created to bring down the barrier of entry to multisig, and to create an easy way for Bitcoiners to pass on their wealth. Their mission is to make safe Bitcoin custody accessible to millions of people around the world, through the use of multisig technology.
Problem

Users find it hard to figure our what to do next after they subscribe to Nunchuk's plan.

I was provided the following problems:
- The product is new and needs a bit of learning curve so it will be hard for new users to get used to how it works.
- Users don't know what they can do next after subscribe to start using the product
- There are many different hardwares, users don't know what to buy to go with their subscription plans.

How might we give clear guidance to users about how they can buy their hardwares and activate their subscription after making purchase on our
landing page?

Solution

We needed to create a detailed guideline and include it in the payment process so that our users won't miss the information

Since there are many complications with the products so we aimed to make it very clear to the our customers about the process and how their subscription plan will be activated:
-  We make sure they know what they need to buy hardwares to start using.
- Subscription plan start date will be [purchased date + 14 days] as we added 14 buffer days for their hardwares to arrive.
- We include required and suggested hardwares with coupon so our users aren't confused about what they should buy
- Include app links so they can quickly grab them.

We need a blog page consists of many articles that provides users more information about our products and as a tool to assist our support to help our users every time they have questions.

We wanted blog page to be well organized and clean so people can easily skim through and search for the contents they need:
- We separated articles in tabs based on categories so users can filter out what topics they want to read.
- People can easily search for their interest topics by keywords using search bar

Users can easily see their subscription plan in their profile and order / replace new hardwares if needed.

- Users can easily upgrade / downgrade their plans, see when it will expire and cancel it.
Impact

We helped reduce:

~30% of support tickets of users asking about where to buy hardwares
22% of support tickets of users asking about their subscription activation date

After thought:

I love this project, it's challenging but very rewarding for me. Since it was my 1st project working with blockchain technology so had to spend a lot of time figuring out about it and other products built on the foundation of it such is crypto currency, Web3, NFT,...
